11th Annual Halloween Underwater Pumpkin Carving Contest

Where: DutchSprings When: Saturday, October 2, 2010

Times: 10:00am: Registration at the BLUE Koi gift shoppe Begins

10:30am-1:30pm: Carving on the Platforms

1:45pm: All pumpkins must be back at blue koi for Judging

2:00pm: Awards Ceremony

General Information: $5.00 Participation fee. The pumpkin carving is BYOP (Bring Your Own Pumpkin). You may not sketch or carve anything on the pumpkin prior to entering the water. The pumpkins must be gutted prior to entering the lake.

Please note- There is absolutely NO alcohol allowed on Dutch Springs property. If you are seen with alcohol you will be asked to put it away. If you are seen with it again, you will be asked to leave the property. Quiet hours begin at 11:00PM with NO exceptions. A wrist band is required for camping and/or night diving. You MUST have one by 6:00 PM on Friday AND/OR Saturday.


2011 Season Pass on sale Saturday 25 September 2010

The 2011 Dutch Springs Season Pass will go on sale Saturday 9/25 at 8:00 AM. You must be present/in person at Dutch Springs to purchase the pass. Phone and online orders will go on sale on 11/1/2010.

The pass is valid from the date of purchase and expires on 31 March 2012. Below are the prices. As we did last year there is a price increase on 1/1/2011 and another increase on 3/1/2011.

Individual Unlimited Season Pass: $195 until 12/31/2010, $210 from 1/1/11-2/28/11 and $270 3/1/2011

Family Season Pass: $485 until 12/31/2010, $525 from 1/1/11-2/28/11 and $675 3/1/2011

Individual WEEKDAY Season Pass*: $100 until 12/31/2010, $110 from 1/1/11-2/28/11 and $120 3/1/2011

Family WEEKDAY Season Pass*: $250 until 12/31/2010, $275 from 1/1/11-2/28/11 and $300 3/1/2011

* WEEKDAY season passes are ONLY valid from Memorial Day-Labor Day. You CANNOT exchange them for any other pass type.

The weather at Dutch Springs since late Wednesday has been heavy to severe rain. Typically rains of this magnitude may effect visibility. Please be aware visibility may be limited.

Dutch Springs recycles! Simply pick up a blue bag at the Admissions Office outside next to the comment box, Blue Koi, Concession Stand, Student Side Look Out or Peninsula Side Look out. Fill the bag, tie the bag and drop it next to ANY garbage can.
